Negotiate GM APP.

Age: 16
IGN: Negotiate
Sex: Male
Play Hours: Weekdays : 4-8PM (Central standard time)
Weekends : Alot, mainly random.
What sets me apart from other applicants: I'm honestly not going to sugarcoat things like this. I've been playing maplestory basically since the beta in GMS, and quite honestly have an immense amount of experience.
What Experience do you have: Currently a GM in KickYouMS( They have been having trouble which is why I need a new main server). I know practically all commands needed to know.
What are some qualities a GM should have: GMs should be an overlying force that is to be respected, and feared. But at the same time a GM needs to be someone people can depend on and not be afriad to be yelled at if they ask a dumb question.
Why I should be a GM: I'm a very high spirited person, I love the feeling I get when I help people out. I feel that if I became a GM, the overall happiness in the server would greatly increase. When it comes to business though, I'm extremely strict, I tell things like it is and I'm not afraid of what others will think of me if I do.
A little bit about myself: I'm currently a junior in high school. I play tennis. I'm currently learning Korean and Japanese. I listen to mainly classic rock (ex: the Beatles, Jimi Hendrix). I have a 4.2GPA and I'm applying to University of Texas in the somewhat near future. Hope that you guys like what you see and thanks for the chance to become a Gm ;].
