help! still nt unbanned!

er... Admin Sweetness, i am still not unbanned. i cant log into my acc. pls unban me as soon as possible..

one more thing, i created another acc but no matter how hard i try, i cant go into the game. when i click the character, i'll be auto dc-ed. however, when my friend log into my acc, (i gave her my acc) she is able to go into the game and helped me to lvl to 10. pls help!!
